BUSINESS POLICY

Delivery: Normal delivery time is 3-10 working days from the receipt 

of confirmed order, unless otherwise specified. Extra time required 

for large order deliveries.  2-3 weeks delivery time required for 

Uniforms & Goals. Custom order delivery as specified.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Our prices are FOB Woodbridge, VA.

We ship UPS/US Postal Services/Fedex, Shipping & Handling charges

 will be added in the Bill. Extra charges on Air/Rush delivery, 

COD charges: $6.00 per package. Preferred delivery to the orders 

prepaid by Credit Cards.

(Minimum Shipping & Handling Charges: $5.00)

Regular (UPS Ground) charges (on bulk orders) are;

Zip Codes- 01000 through 29999: 6% of the order value

Zip Codes- 30000 through 65999: 8% of the order value

Zip Codes- 66000 through 88999: 10% of the order value

Zip Codes- 89000 through 99400: 12% of the order value

*  Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Island, Canada, & other destinations 

   according to current UPS freight tariff.  

*  For Goals/large items or bulk orders please call for shipping rates.

Payment:  Our payment terms are COD. Orders prepaid by check 

are accepted. Credit available to the qualified customers only. All

MAJOR CREDIT CARDS are accepted. There is a $25 service fee on all

returned  checks. Monthly 1.5% service charges will be applied to all

past due accounts. 

Back ordering: If necessary, will be notified promptly. We may 

substitute the items out of stock with equal or better standard items

Custom Imprint Orders: Require a 50% deposit, Balance COD.

Institutional/Club Orders: Should be signed & forwarded (with PO#)

by an authorized official. Official purchase order may be faxed for

prompt execution.

Samples: Request will be handled & billed as a regular order.

Returns: Products with manufacturing defect may be returned within 

15 days of purchase only with prior authorization & freight prepaid. 

Returned merchandise must be in original packing. Products with any

marks/names on, may not be returned. Uniforms once used, may not

be returned. Restocking fee may apply on certain returns.

Quantity Discount: Negotiable on volume orders
